Amenities include furnished common areas (living,
dining, and kitchen), Kitchen essentials, along with a Smart
TV, and an onsite laundry facility.
All Bedrooms are
unfurnished so you can personalize it to your taste.
The communal kitchen comes with modern
appliances and all necessary kitchenware to prepare your
favorite meals and a dining space to enjoy it in.
A common living room to relax in with a smart TV, plus all the creature comforts of a home to hang out and socialize. There’s an outdoor back yard with mature trees and BBQ area for our residents to enjoy. There are a couple of bikes and Kayaks for you to take out if you wish to Mission Bay just down the hill to enjoy a day in the sun.
This home is a 15 minute walk to Balboa trolly station,
with access to UCSD, SDSU, UTC, Little Italy and
downtown San Diego. Pacific Beach and La Jolla are within
15 minutes drive. There’s a community park and recreation
center with open space and a public swimming pool within 5
minute walk. Minutes to shopping and restaurants.
Monthly service fee of $150/month which includes the following:
