Application Process & Requirements:
Qualified Applicants : Qualified applicants would have credit score of 680 or greater, ( Credit report from an accredited company ), with income equal or greater three times the amount of rent, with no eviction history.

Are pets allowed?
Personally, we love pets, however some of our partners and residents prefer to keep the homes pet free.

How long am I able to rent for?
Residents can choose lease terms between 4 to 12 months with an option to renew.

Is smoking allowed in the home?
Smoking and illegal drugs of any kind are not allowed in the home or near the premises.

Payments: Rent:
The rent amount varies with respect to each particular vacancy, lease terms, and the single occupancy of each suite. We offer lease lengths as little as 4 months and as long as 12 months with an option to extend with proper notice.

Security deposit & upfront fees:
Security deposit which is equal to the amount of the rent for each particular lease, and service fees, at sign up.
